Tewktech was formed in 2008 by ex-employees of the now defunct PC manufacturer Evesham Micros. With 15 years in the Computing and IT industry Rob utilised his vast experience to bring a customer centric IT Support and Services company to Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas.
Over the past 9 years Tewktech has grown massively, which we put down to our customer centric principles and by always ensuring that we are transparent in everything that we do.
The first and second quarters of 2017 have also seen more changes for the company, with a significant re-branding exercise, and the opening of our second office in Tewkesbury town centre.
Tewktech began a re-branding exercise in early 2017 to ensure that the business properly represented what we are about, who we are and to better resonate with our core market, which is b2b IT Support and Services. With us redefining our brand and refocusing the business we are better able to communicate our key messages. Our re-brand doesn’t stop us from working with consumers, in fact, consumers still represent a big part of the business and we very much welcome their enquiries, whether face-to-face, online or by telephone.
Tewktech is now more visible than ever with the opening of our new office in Tewkesbury. Fully utilising our new brand image, our office is modern, clean, fresh and inviting – showing just how welcoming Tewktech is to our customers both new and old.
We have been in the computing and IT industry for most of our working life, working for big organisations such as the PC manufacturer Evesham Micro, and IT support company OGL.
With over 25 years experience within this ever-changing industry, Rob heads up our IT support services, and is usually our customers main point of contact when it comes to IT support.
As well as heading up the IT support side of the business, Rob also deals with most of the hardware issues and diagnostics services we provide – with years of experience, we feel that if Rob can’t diagnose or repair something then no one can! Obviously the manufacturer probably can!
